Revenge of the art muse
ArtisticYep, I have seen the new movie. Personally, I found the first one to be better. I did find it to be a fun movie though, and for being over two hours it flew rather quickly. My main objection is the lack of character development for several of the new characters. Sideswipe only had two lines in the movie, and Arcee had about the same.
Heck, if you've only seen the movie, you wouldn't even know that Arcee is only one of the three motorcycles instead of all three. I've met several people who think she is all three... The blue one is actually Chromia. Trust me. I bought her action figure after seeing the movie. I'm not sure if Arcee is the purple or the pink, and the third sister has yet to be named. Although, I have heard rumors that her name is Moonracer. *shrugs*
I could have also done with a bit less crude humor. I merely found it unnecessary, although I will admit that I found some of it funny. I can be rather dirty minded sometimes... I don't need Bay's help for that! And for the record, I can't stand the twins! Mudflap and Skids were very annoying in my opinion. The only scene I liked featuring those two was when Bumblebee got fed up with them and picked them up, smacked them into each other, and chucked them out the entrance of the pyramid. Go Bumblebee!
That's about all I have to say about the movie. It wasn't great, and if I was going to re-watch a movie in the theaters it would be Terminator.
Anyways, art wise, I have several nearly finished sketches. If my art muse would quit chucking ideas at me, I might actually get something finished... When I do get done, you'll all get to see some more of my BW original characters. To be specific: Tundra, Pilfer, Moonseeker, and Blindfire.
I also have a rough sketch of the lambo twins, and of Optimus and Cheetor. Both of those are far from being finished sketches. Mostly, I need to find some good screencaps of Optimus and Cheetor. I don't suppose anyone would know of any good screencap sites?
Lately, everybody's faving my works already... ._.

I am so frustrated about it though. I feel like everything we came up with, I totally helped plan. yet no one has told me if it is a go or not. ...so I am torn. what the hell do I do? I am left in the dark on whether to follow through on anything or not. I have no freaking clue what is going on today.
I called michele's sis yesterday when they were all in the car and was going to ok it with shelby and then call their dad and ok it with him. but all shelby said was terry already told her but that tells me nothing. what did he tell her? are they ok with it? is it a go?
and terry never got back to me to tell me if it was ok or not. this is bullshit.
I feel like I am not wanted there. which is lame because I feel so much like michele would want me there to help celebrate her birthday with her but whatever if I am not wanted there then I won't go. I'm not going to worry about it.
it makes me so mad though. I'm not sure what to do. I think I'm just going to call her dad and see if he had said if it was ok or not and what's a go and what's not. ..and if nothing is a go with me anyway then I'll just drop off her present and be done with it.
